Choosing a toy
Which feeding toy is right for my dog?
Slow feeder bowls suit dogs that eat quickly. Lick mats and snuffle mats suit calmer, slower activities. Puzzle feeders and treat dispensers ask your dog to solve a simple problem for food. If your dog is new to feeding toys, start with an easier design.
How hard are the puzzles?
Each product description explains how the toy works. Start with a simple design and move to harder ones as your dog learns.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the dimensions on the product page and choose a toy your dog cannot fit entirely in its mouth. If a product page does not list dimensions yet, contact us before ordering.
Safety & care
Are feeding toys safe?
No toy is indestructible. Supervise your dog, especially the first few times, and remove any toy that is cracked, torn or worn. Material details are listed on product pages where they have been confirmed.
How do I clean them?
Remove food residue after each use. Care instructions differ by material, so follow the care notes on the product page, or contact us if you are unsure.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders of $70 or more (after discounts). Carrier estimates for US delivery are about 7–15 days after your order ships; these are estimates, not guaranteed dates. An order with several items may arrive in separate packages. See Shipping Information.
Can I return an item?
Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back, and we will explain the next steps.
